Delivery
Delivery within the UK is normally via Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' which is trackable online. This service guarantees delivery before 1pm. on the next working day. The cost for this service is £6.90. Saturday delivery is also available for a small extra charge. Please call the above number to arrange payment and details of your order as this option is not available online.
Overseas orders are shipped via the Royal Mail 'signed for' service. This normally takes between 3-7 days in transit. The cost for this is £12.00. Again, this service is trackable online at www.royalmail.com.
Returns
If any MXM product fails prematurely due to faulty materials or manufacture we will refund or replace as necessary. In all cases the faulty goods must be returned to MXM for examination. Please speak to a member of staff to arrange a return on 01505 703685
